Vision

To nurture Union Christian College as a vibrant global hub of knowledge, research, and cultural exchange, fostering partnerships that promote human values and prepare students and faculty to engage meaningfully with the world.

Mission

The mission of UCC-COGE is to cultivate academic excellence through collaborative teaching, joint research, and knowledge sharing with national and international partners; to strengthen cultural exchange that broadens perspectives and builds mutual understanding; to create sustainable networks that enhance opportunities for students, faculty, and alumni; to increase the visibility and impact of UCC by leveraging global collaborations for innovation, scholarships, and societal engagement; and to inspire responsible global citizenship rooted in intellectual competence, integrity, and empathy.

Objectives

• Enhance Academic Excellence: Develop joint programs, training, and research initiatives and faculty exchanges.
• Strengthen Cultural Exchange: Foster understanding through short exchanges and workshops.
• Expand Global Network: Establish lasting relationships through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
• Increase Visibility: Raise the profile of UCC through international collaborations.
• Boost Funding: Attract funding from national and international sources.
